My stay at the Gran Hotel Bali & Spa had its highs and lows. The amazing views from my 41st-floor room were a definite highlight, but I found the amenities quite lacking. While the variety of food during meal times was commendable, I did find certain dishes underwhelming. Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience feel warm despite a few shortcomings.
