My stay at the Gran Hotel Bali & Spa had its highs and lows. The amazing views from my 41st-floor room were a definite highlight, but I found the amenities quite lacking. While the variety of food during meal times was commendable, I did find certain dishes underwhelming. Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience feel warm despite a few shortcomings.
My stay at Gran Hotel Bali was a mix of highs and lows. The views from my room were extraordinary, especially from the higher floors. However, I found the dining options quite disappointing, especially the breakfast which often ran out of food. While the staff were generally friendly, I did encounter some rudeness that put a damper on my experience.
My stay at Gran Hotel Bali & Spa was a mix of impressive views and some frustrating experiences. While the views from my room on the 41st floor were amazing (I could see all the way to Calpe!), the air conditioning was a huge letdown. The food in general was just adequate, and I often felt that the organization in the dining area could have been much better.
